Hommage à Rick Griffin pour sa "Lady Luck" par notre atelier Punk and Coton en vous personnalisant cette veste blanche de travail .

Nous l'avons patiné puis nous avons printé tout ce qui pouvez rejoindre ce dessin de Rick Griffin .

Nous retrouvons le signe USMC , le chat noir, le 13 , le Born to Ride , le Skull ou bien encore le Mémento mori ( patch fabriqué dans notre Atelier en France ) , l'aigle Harley-Davidson, les fameuses rayures noires et enfin le le Rabbit by Punk and Coton , chacun de ces sigles nous ramènent à la période après guerre du Vietnam et le old school. 

Cette veste est une pièce unique, elle est numérotée, datée et signée par Sophie et le Shop Punk and Coton. 

Petite Story sur Rick Griffin , illustrateur et graphiste américain. Il débute par le surf en dessinant sur des vêtements puis fait la pochette de l'album Surfing with the Challengers, puis il fera un comics pour le groupe. 

Il travaillera avec John Severson ,réalisateur du Surf Fever , qui créa en 1961 le magazine Surfer dans lequel Griffin fera naître Murphy.

Puis il dessinera pour Zap Comix.

En 1966 , il fera ses premières affiches psychédéliques et fondé les éditions Berkeley Bonapart , puis il continuera à réaliser des affiches de concerts pour The Beattles, The Charlatans, Grateful Dead ....

Nous lui rendrons hommage pour ne pas oublier nombreuses de ses œuvres que pouvaient voir sans réellement savoir que c'est lui qui les a faîtes et qu'il a inspiré bon nombre de graphiste illustrateur des années plus tard .

Our Punk and Coton workshop pays tribute to Rick Griffin for his "Lady Luck" by personalizing this white work jacket.

We distressed it and then printed everything that could be related to Rick Griffin's design.

We find the USMC symbol, the black cat, the 13, the Born to Ride, the Skull, the Memento Mori (patch made in our workshop in France), the Harley-Davidson eagle, the famous black stripes, and finally the Rabbit by Punk and Coton. Each of these symbols takes us back to the post-Vietnam War period and old school.

This jacket is a unique piece; it is numbered, dated, and signed by Sophie and the Punk and Coton shop

A short story about Rick Griffin, an American illustrator and graphic designer. He started out surfing by drawing on clothing, then created the cover of the album Surfing with the Challengers, and then he created a comic book for the band. He worked with John Severson, director of Surf Fever, who in 1961 created Surfer magazine, in which Griffin introduced Murphy.

He then went on to draw for Zap Comix.

In 1966, he created his first psychedelic posters and founded Berkeley Bonapart Publishing, then went on to design concert posters for The Beattles, The Charlatans, the Grateful Dead, and more.
